Just the Details Package

Our month-of coordination helps gather all the loose ends so you can focus on tying the knot! With this package, we handle the final vendor communications, coordinate the set-up and tear-down of all decor, and review all your information to help catch any little details that we may need for the day to run smoothly.

This includes all (but is not limited to) the following:

Pre- Wedding

• Initial dream-team meeting to assess all the couple's wants and needs

• Unlimited contact via text, email, or phone so that we can ensure we answer any and all questions you have

• A final venue walkthrough with the couple to assess any final logistical questions or needs

• Creation of a detailed day-of timeline

• Communication with all vendors to confirm final details and timelines

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination, see á la carte suites for rehearsal dinner planning option

Wedding Day

• Check-ins throughout the day with both the bridal party and/or groomsmen in order to best suit any individual needs that can be met

• The direction of vendor arrivals, including layout, placement, and set-up of rentals

• Set-up of personal items, such as the guest book, place cards, and favors

• Oversight of the day-of timeline in order to best keep all vendors, guests, and bridal party members on schedule

• Final check to make sure all decor has been properly set-up

• Cueing of both the ceremony and reception for proper timing and line-up

• Coordination of clean-up crew or family members in order to ensure the venue is properly cleaned up, decor and personal belongings are packed up into designated vehicles, and final check to make sure the venue is left just as we found it

• Calm handling of any unplanned hiccups throughout the day
