Organize Me Package

Partial planning coordination


Our partial planning package is perfect for that couple that has already begun planning and building their vendor lists, prior to hiring a coordinator. If you have already begun making decisions and don't need quite as much assistance as the Fairy Godmother Package provides, this package is perfect for you! Our coordinators will serve as a guiding hand, allowing you to take a more hands-on role in your planning process. 

This includes all (but is not limited to) the following:

Pre- Wedding

  • Initial dream-team meeting to assess all the couple's wants and needs

  • Two additional consultations 

  • Unlimited contact via text, email, or phone so that we can ensure we answer any and all questions you have

  • Detailed wedding planning checklist

  • Recommendations for any needed vendors, including but not limited too, rentals, musicians, catering, venue, florals, cake and sweets, bar services, decor, entertainment, photobooths, and more

  • Review of vendor contracts, including hotel room blocks

  • Attendance at final vendor meetings

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline

  • Point-of-contact for all vendors to confirm final details and timelines, including rental pick-up and drop-off

  • Creation of personalized day-of timeline for the bridal party and/or groomsmen

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination, see á la carte suites for rehearsal dinner planning options

Wedding Day

  • Up to 12 hours with your coordinator, to ensure any and all needs are met

  • Check-ins throughout the day with both the bridal party and/or groomsmen in order to best suit any individual needs that can be met

  • The direction of vendor arrivals, including layout, placement, and set-up of rentals

  • Transportation and set-up of personal items, such as the guest book, place cards, and favors

  • Overseeing of the day-of timeline in order to best keep all vendors, guests, and bridal party members on schedule

  • Final check to make sure all decor has been properly set-up

  • Cueing of both the ceremony and reception for proper timing and line-up

  • Coordination of clean-up crew or family members in order to ensure the venue is properly cleaned up, decor and personal belongings are packed up into designated vehicles, and final check to make sure the venue is left just as we found it

  • Calm handling of any unplanned hiccups throughout the day

  • Use of our premium Wedding Day Emergency Kit, which has proven to be a favorite among Brides and Grooms alike!
